10s 3p Battery

The e-bike is a sustainable alternative to small-sized petrol scooters, powered by a rechargeable battery that lasts up to 5 hours and reaches speeds of 25–40 km/h.

A seamless blend of efficiency and style — getting you to your destination quicker and in better shape.

The Problem:

Many people migrate to cities, as a result the cities are getting crowded and management has become a cumbersome task.

The world faced a similar situation during the industrial revolution. But now, the goals of development have to change towards a sustainable development. We need to find solutions to our problems and not let nature deal with it.

Repercussions:

Of the 30 most polluted cities in the world, 21 were in India in 2019.

At least 140 million people  in India breathe air that is 10x or more poisonous than the WHO safe limit.

Ambient air pollution in India is estimated to cause 670,000 deaths annually and particularly aggravates respiratory and cardiovascular conditions such as chronic bronchitis, lung cancer, and asthma.

Front Wheel Assembly:

An Upright is a crucial part of wheel assembly because the suspension and the steering geometry are incorporated into the design.

The overall dynamic performance of the car depends upon it.

While in running conditions, forces travel through the upright so strength is a dominant criteria for its design.

Rear Wheel Assembly:

The uprights have a cantilever shape because the braking, acceleration and cornering forces act at the ends of it.

So, a cantilever beam has to broad support to keep the stress to its minimal value.

Wheel Assembly Design

The wheel assembly of a hypercar balances performance, precision, and lightness—engineered to handle extreme speed and torque with minimal mass

Advanced alloys and carbon fiber ensure rigidity and agility, while aerodynamics, brake cooling, and load balance secure high-speed stability.

Every curve and contour is engineered for performance, precision, and control, reflecting a design where beauty meets pure velocity.

Gearbox Design

The aim of designing this gearbox is to achieve an acceleration of 1.1 g's.

This takes the vehicle from 0-100 Kmph in just 2.6 seconds.

The layout is decided based on the available space at the front and the rear of the car.

While a combination of single speed gearboxes apply drive to the front wheels, a pair of two-speed gearboxes (one for each wheel) at the rear end.

This combination allows the e-Tron to make use of its prodigious torque to produce both mind-blowing acceleration and a hypercar top speed

Key Features

Four electric motors power the wheels, giving both 4-wheel drive and unprecedented dynamic control.

The high-performance motors are selected from the Croatian Hypercar manufacturer Rimac Automobili.
